• Ensure the effective provision of all maintenance services at Client site with particular emphasis on business critical facilities
  
• Develop a close working relationship with all of the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high quality service
  
• Book receipt of supplier invoices based on projects in accordance to the delivered services on monthly basis
  
• Check and control technical services inline with the PPM and contract requirements
  
• Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements, and within the Health and Safety guidelines
  
• Approve purchases of supplies and equipment for project and engineering services 
  
• Cooperate on preparing the final budgets for projects
  
• Manage the strategic direction for building planned preventative maintenance services
  
• Ensure all statutory process and procedures are managed and monitored 
  
• Monitor the performance of directly employed maintenance sub-contractors to ensure all work is carried out to the agreed specification
  
• Support the Facilities Department & cover absences by the Facilities Managers as required
  

• University Degree/ secondary education (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
  
• Min. 10 years engineering experience, min. 5 years working and influencing team
  
• excellent English and Czech
  
• CAD skills
  
• PC skilles
  
• Strong communication skilles, team player, flexible
  
• Managerial style, professional behavior
